Most parts of the Goteborg city and Västra Götaland County are well connected by the public transport composed of buses, trams, trains, and boats. It is operated by Västtrafik. You can find dedicated Västtrafik ticket offices in Brunnsparken, korsvägen, Central station and more. Moreover, there is a possibility to buy tickets and top-up cards around the city in several shops not limited to 7Eleven and Pressbyrån stores. Smartphone users can download Västtrafik To Go app and buy tickets in the app using credit/debit cards or swish. The app further can be used to get more information about the fares, routes and real time travel planner.
